Helpful Tips:

If you are unsure of whether therapy will be covered, you may want to consider asking these questions to your insurance company prior to making an appointment:

 

• Do I have in and out-of-network benefits for individual and/or family therapy?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• When does my insurance year begin, is it the calendar year and how many
  sessions per year does my plan cover?

• What is the reimbursement rate for therapy sessions for an out-of-network
  provider?

• Do I need any pre-authorization to see an out-of-network provider?
  If so provide your insurance company with my name and date of first session

Out-Of Pocket:

You may also choose to not involve your insurance carriers and/or to pay out of pocket.  Please contact us to discuss rates.

 

Cancellation Policy:
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations.  If you fail to cancel your appointment within the allotted time frame, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $75.
